Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Original tag attached
In their original condition
Free of odors, stains, or damage
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided once your return request is approved. Customers are responsible for properly packaging the item to prevent damage during return transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after inspection.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY & 1-YEAR WARRANTY
If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return products within 30 days of purchase; provided the product(s) are unopened and returned in the original packaging.

Refund Process
Once AlphaTheta Music Americas receives the returned product(s), please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive funds back to your original payment method.
The serial number of the unit received will be checked against what was originally shipped, if a match is confirmed, refund will be issued. If a match is not made, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue and a refund may be delayed.
Please note during popular product launches and events such as the holiday season, there may be delayed processing times.
Certified Refurbished Refund Process
Once AlphaTheta Music Americas receives the returned product(s), please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive funds back to your original payment method. The serial number of the unit received will be checked against what was originally shipped, if a match is confirmed, refund will be issued. If a match is not made, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue and a refund may be delayed. Certified Refurbished products have a 90-Day Limited Warranty that is only valid in the U.S.A.
