All Pioneer DJ Store orders ship via FedEx and within the United States only. A signature is required at the time of delivery.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Schedules
FedEx Ground - Free – Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after order is processed.
FedEx Standard Overnight - $15 Additional Fee – Next business day delivery after order is processed.
Order Processing, Restrictions, and Shipping Cutoff Times
All Pioneer DJ Store orders ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or International Freight Forwarders.
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Address Change
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during order placement to maintain efficient and accurate shipping. Address changes cannot be processed after order dispatch, for further assistance reach out to our Customer Support Team. To prevent inconveniences or delays, we recommend that all customers carefully review and confirm their shipping details before finalizing their orders.
Tracking your Order
You can track your order by using the FedEx tracking number sent to you by email. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your account and referencing your past orders.
Missing, stolen, or lost package
Title and risk of loss for all items purchased from passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means Pioneer DJ is not liable for late deliveries, stolen, lost or misdelivered products.
